But behind the scenes, the series is as generous from the heart as it is on the plate. per cent of the proceeds are donated to the @bchospitality foundation, which raises funds to support hospitality workers facing financial crisis due to health issues. Each year, the Foundation disperses approximately $70,000. This year, the No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews dining series raised $17,000 for this important cause.
