I’m thrilled and honoured to receive this scholarship! I will be using it to help fund my thesis this summer, where I am writing about winery economics for the UBC Master of Food and Resource Economics (MFRE) program. It feels great to be acknowledged by the BCHF as a new Vancouver resident and I’m looking forward to joining the BC hospitality industry in a professional capacity after graduation.
