Three cheers to the entire team at the Pinnacle Hotel Vancouver Harbourfront (1133 West Hastings Street) who hold annual fundraising initiatives for the BCHF every October, across many departments.
This year, the total donation for the Foundation was an amazing $1,885.15!
How did they do it? Donations were collected at a hotel-wide “Jeans Day”, a staff-only Garage Sale & Manicure Service, a bake sale, an Umbrella sale, a 50/50 draw and a Halloween costume contest.
Not only does this raise much-needed funds for this year’s beneficiaries and scholarship winners, but it helps spread awareness of the Foundation to each and every staff member.
The Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront is a proud part of the community in Vancouver. They are also involved in other events that strengthen and benefit those in need including The Cinderella Project, Dining Out for Life, Eat! Vancouver, Dine Out Vancouver Festival and RBC GranFondo Whistler.
