The BC Hospitality Foundation (BCHF) and Wine Australia present the much-anticipated 7th annual Dish ‘n Dazzle wine and food spectacular, returning to the Vancouver Convention Centre on May 18, 2016 from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm. Proceeds from the fundraiser will provide financial assistance to workers in the hospitality industry.

Alongside scrumptious bites prepared by Vancouver’s most celebrated restaurants and chefs, this year’s evening features more than 110 premium Australian wines from 30 wineries that will transform the evening into a night Down Under.
Participating restaurants include Bistro 101 at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, Black + Blue, the Bon Vivant Group, Café Pacifica (Pan Pacific Hotel), Chef Ann Kirsebom, CinCin Ristorante, Donnelly Group, Forage (Listel Hotel), Hills Foods, Homer St. Cafe and Bar, Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House, La Grotta Del Formaggio, Lift and Vancouver Community College.
The signature cocktail competition, led by head judge David Wolowidnyk (CinCin Ristorante), features six dynamic bartenders competing for the coveted Derek Vanderhyde trophy, by creating unique cocktails with an Australian wine theme.
Live music will be supplied by Les is More, who will wow the crowd with their signature mix of blues, jazz and R&B.
