Dish ‘n Dazzle, one of Vancouver’s signature food, wine and cocktail events, raised more than $52,000 for this year’s beneficiaries and scholarship recipients.

On May 18th, 2017 the BC Hospitality Foundation and Wines of Chile presented a spectacular night of food, wine and cocktails at the Vancouver Convention Centre, all in support of new beneficiaries of the BC Hospitality Foundation.
The event featured an incredible selection of premium Chilean wines, bites prepared by celebrated Vancouver restaurants & chefs, a signature cocktail competition for the Derek Vanderheide trophy and live music by Les is More, with a special performance by Bobby Bacchus.
The cocktail competition included six top Vancouver bartenders showcasing all-new cocktails with a Chilean theme. Philipp Karatsyupa of Ancora Waterfont Dining and Patio was chosen as the winner – congratulations!
A silent auction and grand prize raffles rounded out this exciting evening.
