The Truffles Group on Vancouver Island, long known across BC or their generous support of community organizations, has designated the BC Hospitality Foundation (BCHF) as one of their charities of choice in 2015/2016.

A locally owned and operated group of companies comprised of Truffles Catering, Victoria Butterfly Gardens, Habitat Catering at Royal Roads University, Cascadia Liquor Stores and Canoe Brewpub, The Truffles Group has been dedicated to changing the way people think about the hospitality, tourism and beverage retail industries for more than 23 years.

Throughout the year, each one of the Truffles companies will dedicate their in-house fundraising activities to the Foundation. In September 2015 alone, the Cascadia Liquor Stores raised more than $1300 for the BCHF, funds which support beneficiaries and scholarship winners on Vancouver Island. In October, an additional $500 was raised at the Victoria Butterfly Gardens. In November and for part of December, the Canoe Brewpub is raising money and awareness through partial proceeds of their signature Panko Breaded Cod & Chips. Giving back never tasted so good!
