2018 Dish ‘n Dazzle – Thank you for an awesome event!

 

 

This year’s Argentina:  Breaking New Ground, was amazing! More than 350 attendees having fun, chatting, tasting great Wines from Argentina and pairing with Vancouver great restaurants.

The Bartender competition winner this year was Nico Tognon from Ancora Waterfront Dining & Patio with:

THE THIRD HALF

This cocktail celebrates sport friendship. Pertaining to rugby, an increasingly popular sport in Argentina, it’s the Post-match socialization with the opposing team, often involving traditional songs, drinks, and food. Served in a Tea Punch Bowl, further celebrating socialization.

For a 3.75lt Bowl:

750ml Sombra Mezcal Joven

250ml Branca Menta

2.1 lt Mate Tea

250ml Lemon Honey

125ml Bodega Renacer Malbec Wine Reduction

Serve chilled, garnish with lemon wheels
