As you continue to reach your individual goals during #hospitalityhustle, some of our participants are taking it to the next level and gathering teams of hustlers. A highlight of this #SupportSunday is the "Be Noble" team, who, you guessed it right, represent @nobleridgewineryBeing noble goes beyond the tagline for the winery owners, Jim and Leslie D'Andrea. It started with:The NOBLE varieties of grapes grown at Noble Ridge – Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Pinot GrisThe core values that are held dearly and are represented in every aspect of business – loyalty, passion, kindness, courage, dedication, hard work, high standards, caring for each other and the planet. It rang so true for Jim and Leslie that over time, they developed it into a formal “BE NOBLE” program. As Leslie puts it:It is a key value for all of our staff – when first hiring them, how we operate and how we treat each other and our guestsWe have since identified NOBLE CAUSES, 4 deserving organizations that we raise money for, along with participating in other causes that touch our industry, like the BCHF. Next came the NOBLE KNIGHTS program. Here we recognize outstanding individuals and name a wine after them in recognition of their contributions to society and Noble Ridge. And recently, we have made the decision to work towards our Sustainability Winegrowing BC certification, all in keeping with the goal to BE NOBLE.We are excited to follow "Be Noble" team as they hustle around the vineyard and keep crushing their #hospitalityhustle goals.
