Rain Shadow Recipe

1 oz Hornitos Reposado Tequila (served neat in a glass “Sangrita”)
1 oz Argentine Malbec
1 oz Clamato Juice
1 barspoon handmade Chimichurri (Argentine/Mexican spice sauce)

 

The method of consumption is true to the Mexican tradition of drinking tequila with Argentine flavours

(including their number one grape). Take a sip of tequila and follow with a sip of the Sangrita.

The tequila functions as a representation of the “diamond in the rough” in terms of the history of both

countries- with the Malbec as an underlying success in light of any adversity.
